Bob was born in Cincinnati Ohio. He attended Moeller High and Miami University before moving to Saint Paul, Minnesota with his family and has been in Fort Myers since 1991. Bob has been self employed since 1977 owning Twin City Honda-Suzuki one of the Midwest’s largest motorcycle dealerships, and Popeye’s on the River, now PD Pappy’s, a popular live music venue and restaurant on the St Croix River in Stillwater, Minnesota. Bob also helped start Jerico Racing Products of Concord, NC with Jerry Hemmingson, designing transmissions used by a number of  NASCAR and NHRA racing teams. A former drag racer, and fan of most all racing, Bob is also a Commercial Pilot and a 100 Ton Master Coast Guard Captain.

Bob has been a Realtor since 2005, working at first on Sanibel Island, then moving to mainland Fort Myers, when the office was sold. In this current market, he has attained a Certified Distressed Property Expert designation and with his past training and experiences, Bob knows that accurate information is the key to making good decisions. He strives to provide his clients with the best and most accurate information possible to make their real estate decisions. As a bonus for the boating and golfing enthusiasts, he is very familiar with the best areas to access to the Caloosahatchee River and surrounding Gulf waters as well as the prime golfing communities in the area.
