Jo Ellen Nash, Broker Associate with Royal Shell Real Estate, specializes in luxury estates, waterfront homes and golf communities in Naples, Florida.

Over her 29 year career, she has been licensed in Oregon, Colorado and Florida. She owned and operated her luxury boutique company, Nash & Company Real Estate, in Vail, Colorado, for more than 20 years before moving to a warmer climate.

Jo Ellen is well known for her innovative, high quality, results driven marketing and has been honored multiple times with national awards. She has won the Overall Marketing Excellence Award at the Leaders in Luxury Conference and also at the Luxury Conclave – two of the major luxury industry events. She has also won awards for Best Personal Website and Best Personal Branding, among others.

She earned her GRI degree and CRS designation in 1989 and is a regular speaker at their annual conference, Sellabration.

Jo Ellen is also a STAR agent in the elite Star Power Network, where she was interviewed and taped for their tape of the month club, subscribed to by thousands of agents around the country.

Jo Ellen is a Cyber Star, which is a group of leading edge agents who are implementing technology in their businesses. In addition, she is a Senior Residential Specialist and a member of the Bill Barrett Superstar round table, which is a hand selected group of 50 top agents in America.

Jo Ellen was made an honorary member of the Naples Certified International Property Specialists and is an active Million Dollar Guild member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She also is a business coach and heads up the luxury coaching program at CKG International.

In January, 2010, Jo Ellen opened up her own marketing company, Nash Signature Marketing, which focuses on developing branding strategies and marketing materials for select agents around North America. She works with only a small group of agents at a time and helps them grow their business and build a solid brand in their markets.
