Originally from Southern Illinois, Kathy has lived in a variety of places including Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Utah and the Republic of Panama before settling in Southwest Florida in 2005, and has been an Island resident since 2008.

After spending several years in retail management with Victoria’s Secret and Chico’s, Kathy decided to apply her experience to a Real Estate career. With customer service being her passion, working with buyers and sellers was a natural fit.

Earning her Real Estate Brokers license, becoming a Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist, and being a member of both the Sanibel/Captiva Islands Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Kathy has dedicated herself to becoming the best Real Estate Professional possible. She’s also a two year (2009-2010) recipient of Gulf Shore Life Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Award.

Blessed with two wonderful sons, Lucas and William, and two dogs, Rocky and Champ, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, bike riding, traveling and reading.
