Jason and his family are proud to call Sanibel home after living on the islands west end for years. They absolutely love the island lifestyle, outdoor activities and abundance of wildlife. Growing up in the Midwest, Jason's family vacationed on Sanibel since he was two years old. The island was their second home, so he was able to experience the island growing up as a child.

After graduating college at the Florida State University School of Business with a degree in marketing, he decided Sanibel was the ideal location to build his real estate career. His wife Theresa has been working with him in real estate for several years and their children (Andrew & Megan) attended school and the rec program on Sanibel and are now (many years later) off to college. Jason has been actively involved in many island programs and has been a top producing real estate agent since starting in 1999. His love for the islands, local knowledge and marketing background combine to make the perfect match for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

In order to stay on the cutting edge of this ever-changing business; Jason has completed various courses in Core Law, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, Internet Marketing, Advanced Ethics, Website development, and has been an instructor for several years teaching his fellow Realtors their course requirements for the SCIS (Sanibel/Captiva Island Specialist) designation at the Sanibel/Captiva Association of Realtors. Jason has also been designated a certified Five Star Real Estate Professional for several years in a row.

Jason's goal is to use his experience to help families accomplish their real estate goals on Sanibel/Captiva and the surrounding area. "The islands are such a unique place surrounded by conservation land, miles of white sugar sand beaches, and an abundance of wildlife-creating a wonderful paradise for visitors. I would like for my clients to experience this for themselves and share the experience with their friends and family".
