A native of Melbourne, Australia, Trevor Nette is a former professional tennis player. Trevor went on to coach for both the ATP and WTA tours, stepping away from the tennis world after purchasing a beachfront property on Captiva Island which begun the passion for real estate.
Though Trevor's tennis career allowed him to travel all over the world, in 1990 he made the islands of Sanibel and Captiva his home. Enchanted by the natural splendor of these unique barrier islands, Trevor began cultivating his knowledge of the area and was fortunate enough to build a career around helping families find a home in paradise which has developed to over a billion dollars in real estate sales throughout his career
As an active member of the island community, Trevor offers a nuanced approach to home buying and selling that is firmly rooted in developing a strong connection to ensure that every client's individual needs are met. His expertise on Southwest Florida is surpassed only by his dedication to practicing real estate in the community he loves.
Trevor considers himself fortunate to have such a supportive family in his wife Kay and their two daughters, Kayla and Kayce who both have been educated through the Sanibel School from Kindergarten through 8th grade.
In his spare time, Trevor loves to play golf at the Sanctuary Golf Club where he has been a member for many years. He also enjoys traveling with his family, their horses as well as his Aussie Shepard - Diji.
