Royal Shell President and Managing Broker, Michael Polly, discusses the future of the Sanibel and Captiva markets.
Michael Polly, President and Managing Broker of Royal Shell, was the featured speaker at the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce's monthly business lunch at Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa on April 12, 2023. He discussed his predictions for the Sanibel Island real estate market to the large crowd of Chamber and Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association members.
Polly also provided status updates on the island properties of R.L.R. Investments, for which he oversees marketing. R.L.R. owns numerous properties in the area, including Sundial Beach Resort, Jensen's Marina®, Port Sanibel Marina, and shopping centers on the Islands, including the Olde Sanibel Shoppes, Robert's Center, Tahitian Gardens, and The Village Shops.
Polly emphasized that Royal Shell and R.L.R. Investments are working hard to bring the Islands back to operating condition and thanked the community for their support.
