Marina South I & II
If high-rise condos for sale in Cape Harbour are more your speed, Marina South has 15 floors and units range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Floor plans include two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other advantages include floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the water.

The gated neighborhood also has the perk of direct sailboat access to Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico from the river side of the Chiquita Lock.
Funky Fish Houses
This is Cape Harbour’s newest residential neighborhood and offers some of the most unique and eclectic single-family homes in the area. There will be 18 single-family waterfront Key West style beach cottages.
One of the perks of buying Cape Harbour real estate is their permitted docks. Depending on what you’re looking for, these unique homes can be up to four stories tall and 1,500 to 4,000 square feet. Homeowners can individually custom design them. If you want a home that’s all your own, we recommend this option.
Additionally, each property’s boundary extends about 25 feet over the water. This space could be an extended outdoor deck or a boat slip. If you fancy both options, there should be ample space to accommodate them.

Fathom’s Restaurant & Bar is known for its large outdoor bar, live music, and a menu featuring fresh fish and locally grown fruit and vegetables.
Rumrunner’s Restaurant has great waterfront views, fresh seafood and mouthwatering steaks in a tropical and colorful setting. There is also a daily happy hour.
The French Press is a popular coffee shop and breakfast spot. Make sure you get there early during the summer season as tables fill up quickly. You can also sit outside and enjoy beautiful views of the marina.
Cape Harbour residents and guests can take advantage of private restrooms with shower and laundry facilities.
If you like to grill, there are gas grills on site. There is also a swimming pool and free pump-out station behind Rumrunners.
There are 79 wet slips that can accommodate boats up to 60 feet long. There are eight transient spaces for individual or group boats available for one night or up to one month. Each regular dock also comes with its own large storage box.
Future owners of Cape Harbour real estate will be able to take advantage of the premier indoor boat storage facility. Keep in mind that it can accommodate boats up to 32 feet in length.
Renters will have access to unlimited in-and-out service. Additionally, boats are rinsed and engines are flushed upon their return to the marina.
