John Nicholson has been a Realtor associate on Sanibel and Captiva since 1983. After initially coming to the islands in 1962 with his family on vacation, John decided to make this his permanent home in 1977 and has been enjoying the area ever since. He then attended Edison Community College where he studied and played golf. John has sold every type of real estate in the area from lots to mansions including condominiums, homes, commercial buildings, and multi-family tracts. John is an avid golfer and was also the assistant professional at South Seas Plantation on Captiva in 1980. He and his wife Teresa have been married for 26 years, love to travel together, and spend their time away from the office enjoying the islands white sugar sand beaches. John is always available for his clients by phone or email and his favorite saying is "Remember you have a friend in the business".
