"Imagine Finding Paradise…And Calling It Home" is much more than a marketing slogan, it is a sentiment that accurately reflects Cathy's journey. Imagine spending 40 years of harsh winters and short summers in Minnesota and then discovering Sanibel & Captiva and being able to make it home. Unknowingly, Cathy's previous work experience had been preparing her for a rewarding career as a realtor in paradise. As a graduate in accounting from the University of Minnesota and years of experience working with volunteers for the Girl Scouts of America, Cathy found that she had all the assets necessary to help her clients find and acquire their "perfect home". For her, working on the Island has been fun and fulfilling and she still discovers the beauty of the Islands on a daily basis. Cathy has called the Islands my home for 15 years, having moved to Florida with her immediate family consisting of her husband, 2 children and 2 Shelties. Although her pets took a little longer to consider Florida a good home, her children loved Florida immediately-imagine being able to play outside 365 days a year! "Purchasing a home, vacation home or investment property requires serious considerations and is an emotional experience. Relax, let's find that perfect home and then strategize on how to make it yours! I want to make the experience effortless and as much fun as possible."
