Cristina Mucchetti is a broker associate joining the Royal Shell Cape Coral office. With a background in construction and financial sales, Cristina became a realtor in 2017, specializing in new construction and condos. Her experience includes being lead salesperson for a 70-unit condo conversion and driving sales of custom single-family homes and multi-family units. Originally from Cape May County NJ, Cristina grew up at the Jersey Shore with a love for the beach and being on the water. She began spending time in Southwest Florida in 2019 while heading a new development venture and relocated to Cape Coral in 2022. Cristina is a graduate of Villanova University and an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She loves to spend her free time boating with her family and relaxing in the beautiful Florida sunshine!
