The balcony has seating for two and is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee. Next to the living room, you will find the master bedroom. This room boasts a king-size bed and plenty of dresser and closet space for your personal belongings. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a gorgeous dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32” Smart TV. Adjacent, you will find the main bathroom which has a lovely vanity and a shower/tub combo. Esplanade is a high-end Lifestyle Community among the preserved natural Florida habitat. This Lifestyle Community offers so many amenities you won't need to go anywhere else to have fun. Included are 2 resort-style pools one, with its own Tiki bar, called the Bahama Bar offering a full-service bar and restaurant. This is paid directly to Esplanade by the guest.
