The Wave is a very cool, chic, small complex with less than 16 units! You will be on the 5th floor with only one other unit on the floor. This fully furnished condo is on the corner facing the south end of the island with lots of natural light coming through the condo. The Wave is located on Hill St. and surrounded by million dollar homes. No other high rise condos are around which provides you a quiet beach area to relax in. You will see amazing, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen, dining room the living room, and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has it's own wing with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet with lots of storage. It boasts a queen bed with a view of the ocean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom consists of a double vanity and walk in shower.
The second guest bedroom has a great little Romeo and Juliet balcony with beautiful plantation shutters looking over the island and beautiful sunset views! 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen provides you white cabinets with granite counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, chic back splash, breakfast bar, your kitchen sink facing the unobstructed view of the ocean, and a garbage shoot from your condo! Washer and Dryer inside the condo as well. The large balcony sits facing the beautiful ocean to relax with tasteful balcony furniture to lounge on. Crown molding throughout condo and lots of windows providing you with the view of the ocean and brings in lots of natural light.
The pool area is located on the 2nd floor to look over the dunes and ocean in modern chic lounge chairs. It has an awesome grilling area with a bar to spend time listening to the waves and enjoying company. GARAGE parking and a storage unit to store your beach toys. Places to put your bikes.
Sorry no pets allowed for renters per the association of the condo, only one guaranteed parking spot in the garage, and no smoking, even on the balcony.
