*A 30-Day Minimum Stay / Full Calendar Month is required by the HOA. The HOA requires an Expedited Fee of $200 for last minute reservations. (15 Days or less from your arrival). Fees imposed by the Bonita National HOA are subject to change at the discretion of the board at any time.
