You'll enjoy private entrance, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and dining space. On the 2nd floor you have two bedrooms. The primary suite has a King bed and the Guest bedroom offers a set of twin beds. The King bed is fully adjustable and offers a variety of massaging functions. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located throughout the home.
You'll enjoy 2 large screened lanais with a beautiful view. The community offers a sparkling community pool (heated year round) and is centrally located close to Old Route 41 and lots of shopping, retail and dining destinations. With a prime location in Bonita Springs, you will enjoy easy access to I-75, the SWFL International airport, world class dining, shopping, entertainment, beautiful white-sand SW Florida beaches and much more!
The entryway and living room offer plenty of natural light and open up to the dining room. You'll enjoy the comfortable living room furnishings and a 55-inch TV. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Some of these items include:

*Minimum stay required by the HOA is 30 Days / 1 Full Month (28 days in February).
*35 Day Prior HOA Application Process through Tenant EV is required for all reservations. NO EXCEPTIONS / LAST MINUTE ARRIVALS PER THE HOA RULES.
*A Tenant EV Online Application & Background Screening for each adult age 18 + Over, is part of the required approval process with the association. $150 Online Application Fee per lease is payable at the time of the online application process.
*This is a NON-SMOKING, PET FREE RENTAL PER THE HOA RULES
*Owners will consider long term leases of 6-12 Months.
