This classic Captiva cottage-style home is totally updated with new LVP flooring, two new baths, new quartz kitchen with new S/S appliances, and a separate laundry room. The home is very well furnished for guest comfort with 3 TVs and a living room audio system with Bose speakers, and also speakers on the pool deck. The French doors from the living room and full-length screened lanai lead to the 2024 resurfaced 26 x 13 electric heated pool. All windows are impact rated installed by StormSmart in 2021. The pool cage was new in 2023, pool heater in 2025, new A/C in 2021, and the W/H in 2023. A spacious and separate outdoor storage shed is on the rear corner of the property for storage of beach equipment. Beach access is a 3-5 minute walk to the path by the Library and Chapel by the Sea. The Green Flash Restaurant is a 1-minute walk, and the village center is a 5-minute walk. Due to busy weekly guest occupancy, showings will be accepted by appointment only on a Saturday with guest turnover, and between 12 and 2 pm. Future guest reservations after closing must be honored. Any advance or final rental payments shall be credited to the buyer at closing. Closing date request is not before August 1, 2026.
